Its subsidiary also includes Achen Contractors and GDC Homes. RMA Rental & Leasing, the company s other subsidiary, leases and rents a variety of heavy equipment for different types of real estate projects. Additionally, Achen-Gardner sponsors the Achen-Gardner/Chandler Horizon Rotary Club Hole-In-One Contest, which raises money for local charities and youth scholarship programs.
