Croque Famous Sandwiches was first established in 1999 by a European family, who saw great success with well-thought-out combinations of ingredients for their menu. Croque was taken over by the current owners in 2008, and while the original menu of hot sandwiches, wraps, salads, and soups were kept the same, they added more items and expanded into bowls over the years. The ingredients used at Croque have recently changed for the better with a great focus on health. This includes a larger number of homemade items and home prepared items: the beef and pork is cut at Croque to exclude excess fat and silver skin to provide lean meat; the chicken breast is bought fresh, also trimmed of excess fat, and baked in the ovens; and the produce is personally cut by the owner to provide only the finest and freshest parts.
