Daniel Gonzalez, MD, is a neurologist in the Petznick Stroke Center and an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Gonzalez’s expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of stroke and other neurovascular diseases. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association. Dr. Gonzalez earned his medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency and a vascular neurology fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Gonzalez’s research interests include quality improvement in a comprehensive stroke center and the application of telemedicine for stroke.
