My Business specializes in transforming your body by 1:1 coaching/ group training. I provide meal plans, BMI measurements, weekly check ins, mental check ins (meaning I will sit down with you or call you to discuss how you feel mentally and go over any changes if needed), training split for the week, and 24/7 contact if you have any questions for me that may concern how your feeling. My training is more through weight lifting, HIIT, interval, aerobic, and circuit training. I will work around the areas that need help to strengthen and to also make sure I hit your goal at the end of our training process :)
