FoodWise® LLC is a retail business primarily focused on highly nutritious, organic and/or whole, storable food as well as emergency preparedness. FoodWise carries a LARGE variety of freeze dried and air dried (NOT dehydrated) fruits, vegetables, spices, non-GMO whole grains, rice, beans, water storage supplies, food storage containers, and Baking goods and supplies. We also carry food preparation equipment such as grinders, mixers, dehydrators, sprouters, pressure cookers and other kitchen items.Besides the emergency essentials FoodWise offers classes on food preparation, evaluations of current storage needs, education on grains, gluten-free cooking, nutrition and proper storage techniques, sprouting, spice mixtures, and long term water storage. The cooking class schedule is Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm, Thursdays at Noon as well as Bread making classes on Saturday Afternoons at 2:00pm.
