Established in June 2022, Start Today Counseling LLC offers in-person and telehealth therapy services for individuals and couples in Arizona. Our Counselor utilizes a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to empower clients on their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. We provide a safe and therapeutic environment to help you navigate your mental health and relationship concerns. We are your family counselor, a marriage or relationship counselor or mental health services, we understand that each individual and couple comes to therapy with unique issues that can?t be solved with a cookie-cutter approach which is why we provide a client-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
