Gary Pollack, then an ASIS Certified Protection Professional, started Support Services to assist alarm dealers and large alarm users with project needs assessments, system design, and product application. Recently I shifted the primary focus of Support Services, While still providing product application and technical support to alarm dealers, my primary focus is on helping dealers grow their business. Currently, through Support Services, I work with alarm dealers, distributors, and manufacturers to improve their business operations, grow revenue and increase profits. I support and coach alarm dealers on business management, business growth strategies, cost control, and code interpretation. I provide support to distributors in code interpretation, and product application. And for manufacturers I advise on product development and marketing; and provide industry affairs representation.
