Bill Glatzel started training dogs at the age of 9, competing and putting winning titles on dogs as a child with his father, a professional dog trainer himself and retired police officer. Glatzel later got both undergraduate and graduate degrees in both human and animal psychology and behavior. Bill Glatzel, M.S. believes in constant continuing education and has completed post graduate work in Canine Cognition at Harvard University.
