ALPINE AVIATION, INC. is an aviation company founded in 1990 by Sandy and Gordon Mills who continue to own and operate it today. We offer aircraft charter, maintenance, management, pilot flight training, and aircraft rental. We are located in Grass Valley, California, 50 miles north of Sacramento in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Alpine Aviation started as an FAA Certificated Air Carrier in October 1991 and began chartering with a Beech Twin Bonanza. Since 1991, we have operated several different charter aircraft from single-engine to twin-engines and turbo prop. Soon afterwards we moved into flight training and aircraft maintenance. Since 2014 Alpine offers Seaplane training and is one of three facilities that offer seaplane aircraft rental in the United States.
