POOR MAINTENANCE USING OFFICE TRAAH CANS

Nasty trash can with no lid for complete closure.

Nothing worked in this place they didn't even have a phone in there it took us to have them get one

Gross btw Iv was not administered until day before he had to be rushed to ER NO INTAKE FOOD FOR DAYS
