In 2013 Arlena began her business as a personal trainer. Since then she has fallen in love with fitness and health. The passion of health goes beyond the physical, it's a mental change and Arlena strives for the positive changes in her clients!

Certified as a Natural Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist, I use the power of your mind, food as medicine (no diets) and functional fitness training to help clients truly find what works best for them in finding THEIR personal level of fitness. Sustainable living is KEY to achieving overall fitness and health. My services include the following with much, much more: One on One or Group Training (60+ Min sessions) Every session includes Myofascial release (manual rollouts), Stretching, tailored training based on client needs Custom Holistic Nutrition and Supplement guidance (vegan, vegetarian, if preferred) EVERY human being is different. We all have needs that different from the next person. My focus on helping others achieve their goals is to help them find what best fits THEIR needs and lifestyle in fitness. Not everyone is good at the same things and we have to find what brings us joy or fitness will never become a lifestyle that anyone will want to maintain.
