Zip ties are all over the property after all the ties were removed during recent paint job.

Flying termites were not treated because we couldn't show them the droppings. Apparently this wasn't enough.

Package Boxes that haven't been used the entire 8+ years we've been here. Due to age of boxes & vandalism.

Testing Paint swatches for months & it's just left this way.

Take note: When a complex paints dark accent walls. They're covering up a bigger problem. (Before image)
