History
Rick and Lucia Marano, award-winners, voted Best of Houzz and Angie's List Super Service Award for seven consecutive years (2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008 & 2007), founded this 'green' design-build company, Azteca 111 Builders, Inc. in December 2006. Rick, having been in the construction industry since 1989, and Lucia, having had the training and experience as an artist and producer since 1997 collectively combined their creative skills and business expertise to create an exceptional construction company. Rick is a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP)-(Build It Green), as well as a Certified SuperAdobe Builder, (Cal-Earth). Lucia is a Certified Global Sustainability Professional & Gardener (UCLA).
