FIVE emails sent to BayFed requesting they fix erroneous charges from my account. No reply. No fix.

Frustrating What?! It's taken over a YEAR for me to get straight information from Bay Federal how to avoid monthly checking account fees.

The transaction when charge the $50 charge and chevron refunded me instead of bay federal doing their job.

When I filed the dispute I got a provisional credit from bay federal and then was charged again see other photos
