History
Headquartered in Modesto, California, W.H. Breshears, Inc. is a third generation independent marketer and distributor of motor fuels, lubricants, and alternative fuels; and, an award-winning lubricants marketer for Chevron Products Company for many years. Our founder, Ora F. Breshears, started the company in Waterford, California in 1938 with one small gasoline service station under the Standard Oil Company brand name. Since its origin, the focus of the company's business has been on serving the petroleum needs of the fertile agriculture market, as well as the strong commercial and industrial markets of California.
