More garbage in the parking structure than in the alley

Some of the window coverings that fell off onto one of the tenants cars.

Tile use to be white. Any idea why it turned yellow? Maybe all the rust in the water?

replaced a door stop that wasn't broken. The new one the screws are coming out and now we use a pry bar. Idiots
