The Colleges is a large apartment complex located on the edge of the UC Davis campus, across the street from the UC Davis ARC. While it is located on campus, it is operated by Tandem Properties. The only tenants allowed in the complex are UC Davis students (excluding freshmen). The complex offers one- to four-bedroom units, as well as grad student cottages. There are a number of laundry facilities and ample parking spaces for tenants.
