Just like you, I have also had my challenges with my weight, workout routine and eating habits. Being fit as a young woman and not putting on any weight no matter what I ate, I considered myself as someone with lucky metabolism who never gains weight. However, aging and two pregnancies proved me wrong. I put on so much weight after each pregnancy and weight was not coming off as I imagined. Being a food lover, having the discipline and determination to lose weight was difficult. Luckily, my nutrition education came to my rescue. I started to use my knowledge and I was back to almost my original weight after a year. This experience was challenging but it was a blessing is disguise. My journey helps me to understand what my clients are going through and I strive to motivate and inspire others by sharing my own experience and nutrition expertise. As a registered dietitian, I provide practical and evidence-based nutrition advice to lose weight, manage diabetes and lower your cholesterol.
