DREC Construction Services is an ADU contractor and home builder located in Southern California with over 25 years of experience. We have been building ADUs in Southern California before there was even a term used. We typically called them garage conversions, mother-in-law houses, or granny flats. As a Design-Build company, we handle the entire process for you. This includes the design, plans, permits, build, and lastly the final sign-off by the city. We can also step in if already using an accessory dwelling contractor.We work closely with our customers throughout the entire process to make sure that the accessory dwelling units that they hoped for is one that ends up in their backyard.
