Maybe you should honor your ad and actually communicate with your customer

Shitty company that sells shitty products with shitty customer service, don't ever buy their products guys.

My initial conversation being followed up with a 20% discount towards another set even after telling them it has a lifetime warranty.

Explaining that installation was performed properly and break-in was performed.

Showing them proof about their "lifetime warranty". No response from them.
