The company is a smalll family owned business run out of the city of Los Alamitos in Southern California. Anne drives most of the operations and marketing. Jonathan who is a long time food smoking expert and true foodie drives sales and oversees all smoking activity. We are work with small estate olive oil farmers who produce some of the most awarded olive oil in California. We also have the higest must base balsamic vinegar souce directly from a small family farm in the Modena region of Italy. Our balsamic vinegars are flavored with only real fruit and are the perfect complement to our oils.
Specialties
We are best known for our hand flavored aged balsamic vinegar reductions and extra virgin olive oils. Our flavored balsamic vinegar starts with barrel aged vinegar from Modena, Italy specially reduced to taste similar to a 50 year aged balsamic. We then hand blend the vinegar with 100% fruit concentrates and purees. We are the only balsamic reduction we know of that uses only real fruit products for flavoring. Our olive oils start with the highest quality California Extra Virgin Olive Oil as the base. Our famous smoked olive oil is hand produced in a specially designed smoker and our infused olive oils use the highest grade essential oil extracted from real herbs using steam distillation. We also sell heart healthy baked goods such as our olive oil granola made with extra virgin olive oil. Like our bottled products, these are also hand made in small batches.
