After serving in the United States Navy and completing two deployments to the Persian Gulf he left the military and pursued his education goals. Mr. Keating graduated with honors from San Diego State University in 2008 with a B.A. in Sociology. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2012 from Santa Clara University with a certificate in International Law. Mr. Keating is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, including the Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. Mr. Keating is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
