Community Gatepath is the largest nonprofit organization in San Mateo County, Calif., serving individuals and their families for more than 85 years. It is fully accredited by the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission and is an active member in the California Rehabilitation Association. Community Gatepath offers services that range from those for children (from birth to three), to adults seeking employment options, to individuals in their nineties. Referrals are primarily generated from the Golden Gate Regional Center, and the Department of Rehabilitation. Community Gatepath Adult care services include developmental disabilities, specific programs in exercise, arts and crafts, music and educational games to promote physical and well being. Community Gatepath maintains three California locations, one in South San Francisco and two in Burlingame.
