Established in 1986. Our first location, Joseph's Fine Jewelers opened in 1986. Gems By Joseph opened shortly a few years later in the same Pacific View Mall. Joseph and his brothers had a vision to carry on the family legacy of jewelry design and now, 3 decades later have created a multi-million dollar business that has established a reputation of extensive knowledge and personal care of its customers.
