Carmine Goglia is the only artist licensed to create the Hollywood Walk of Fame stars. Carmine's father-in-law, Mike Stokey (television personality/producer) always regretted that he turned down the opportunity to have his STAR on Hollywood Blvd. He had no idea what an elite honor having such a star would turn out to be. As a gift, Carmine hand painted a replica of this famous Walk of Fame star for Stokey. it was such a hit, Carmine took it down to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and to this day, when a celebrity receives the honor of getting their star on the Walk of Fame, they also go home with a hand-painted creation by Carmine.
