History
My father and I took over the business about four years ago back in March 2010. My dad being taught how to make bread by my grandfather. decided it was time to start up his own business after working for a variety of employers at various bakeries he wanted to be the boss now. My grandfather notified my dad the the owner wanted to sell the business because she could not take it anymore. That is when my father decided he was going to take over. Now four years later here we are.

We specialize in Mexican and Central American bread. cakes for all occasions. 3 leches, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Strawberry, Red Velvet flavored cakes. Filled with natural fruits. Vanilla cream, Pineapple, and pumpkin filled Empanadas. Cheesecake.
