Electra Blue began the art of hair at the beautiful Pure Hair and Shave Studio in Calabasas and remained for six years prior to having a private suite at Regency Salon Studios in Calabasas for over 4 years and has finally made the move to the Luxurious Regency Salon Studios in Sherman Oaks.
