After years in office-based primary care practice, Dr. Rubin now focuses on home-based primary care. All planned visits are on Friday, the business address is for mail only. Telephnoe messages may be left daily. Returning to medicine's roots when house calls were dominant, Dr. Rubin believes that holistic care promoting healthy self management is enhanced by understanding the home environment. After 20 years on the Johns Hopkins faculty researching how to improve the quality of health care, Dr. Rubin is well prepared to help you or your loved one get the best health care. Her practice is not beholden to any hospital or medical care system, whether Stanford, PAMF, Kaiser, El Camino. Such independent medical advice can help you locate the best medical care and help you understand how to manage your or your loved one's medical condition. At this time, Dr. Rubin is not accepting any new patients.
