History
William is a Health and Human Performance Advisor, showing top performers how to make sense of their health. He teaches how to connect the categories of training, body efficiency, wellbeing, nutrition, sleep, vitality and regeneration so you can achieve your health performance ideal. He's worked with Equinox Fitness for 13 years, as a national presenter for their High Performance Living platform and academic teacher to the coaching staff as part of their educational platform, Equinox Fitness Training Institute, which was designed with UCLA and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He's also been part of the Strength and Conditioning Team for Stanford University, coached by former USAW Olympic Federation President and Head Coach Jim Schmitz, former L.A Lakers head strength coach, Joe Carbone, and mentored by the physical preparation pioneer, Coach Ian King of King Sports International.
