History
I've been a handyman all my life. In better economic times I usually work for various builders and contractors and do my handyman work on the side. In 1993 I was having an especially hard time getting steady work so I filed for the fictitious business name statement for Imperial Maintenance Service in Costa Mesa, CA. Employment prospects improved until the '08 economic crash and I began to rely on Imperial Maintenance Service exclusively. However, I began to experience problems because I did not have my California State Contractors license. In January of 2013 the State of California issued my contractors license to Imperial Maintenance Service (B980049). Imperial Maintenance Service has an 'A' rating with the Southern California Better Business Bureau and no unfavorable reviews on AngiesList.
