Issy's Restaurant is open from lunch to dinner. One of the few places open late in downtown Benicia, you can order from a menu filled with traditional Mexican cuisine as well as some new spins such as Issy's Chipotle Mushroom Calamari. On a nice day, you can sit outside on Issy's front patio.
