I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist # 10416. I provide tools and techniques for dissolving old limiting beliefs and bringing Clarity and Freedom to the forefront. In assisting my clients to live from their deeper Self, Healthy, fulfilling lifestyles and relationships can emerge. I use a body-mind-spirit approach that includes dissolving limiting beliefs, supporting innate gifts, and using energy-body work and herbalism to support the body. I have several years of experience in working with children, and in working with adults in major life-transitions and group oriented grief work. I am a cranio-sacral therapist and herbalist. I offer Nature-based therapies to assist in healing inner landscapes and finding support through connection to Nature. I specialize in stress management, overcoming depression and anxiety, healing past trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, spiritual concerns and issues and general life-path support.
