We are a group of talented Vocational Specialists, Career Placement Technicians and Job Coaches who have a passion for helping job seekers overcome barriers to employment. At Job Coach Dojo we want to make sure you have the tools needed to find and retain employment. Our Job Coaches have gone through extensive training and are always current with industry standard practices in order to provide the most up to date assistance to our clients. We serve clients across different industries who share similar situations with possible barriers to employment. At Job Coach Dojo we have helped clients from all ages and backgrounds, all with the same goal of finding and retaining employment. At Job Coach Dojo we have been trained to identify your individual challenge and we will make any necessary accommodations to help you succeed.
Specialties
At Job Coach Dojo we specialize in helping individuals with diagnosed barriers to employment. We work closely with Department of Rehabilitation & San Andreas Regional Center clients that have an Individualized Education Plan, Individualized Plan for Employment, Vocational Rehabilitation Plan or Person Centered Plan. Our Job Coaches have been trained to administer vocational assessments and skill assessment tests in order to help our clients discover their areas of strengths and challenges. We also provide pre employment transition services, career readiness trainings and on the job coaching.
