United Studios of Self Defense, estabished in 1988, started as a way of teaching premium professional Martial Arts to everyone. Our Studio, Mission Viejo West, is part of this Franchise, and has been in the city for over 20 years. It recently changed management in 2010, and has been growing stronly ever since. We currently teach over 140 families from Mission Viejo, as well as some from Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Ladera Ranch, and Rancho Santa Margarita. Our students are kids ages 3 and up, and our classes are usually packed with energey, which kids the kids very happy. We also teach tenagers and adults. Specialties
We specialize in teaching Martial Arts and Self Defense to Men, Women, and Children of all ages. We also specialize on kids with certain conditions such as ADD, ADHD and Autism, to learn how to control themselves, and learn better focus. Martial Arts can help you better your ability to discipline yourself, focus better, get Self Control, and overall teach you how to defend yourself properly against an attacker. We help Professionals every day get healthier, teach kids how to defend themselves against bullying and verbal attacks in school, and we help everyday people get healthier. The Martial Art we teach is Shaolin Kempo Karate, which is a combination of Japanese Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.
