While Debra specializes in working with both buyers and sellers all over Orange County, it was her love and passion for design, architecture and truly helping people that initially led her to real estate. A native of Iowa, Debra and her husband Kevin have lived in Saddleback Valley for the past 30 years where they raised their two children, Emily and Ryan. Debra's natural leadership ability along with the wealth of business and negotiating experience has proven to be a major windfall for her clients. For 25+ years Debra worked in the fashion and design industry. As the Vice President of Product Development and Design for a leading Bedding Company running a multi-million-dollar company earned Debra the skills that she can apply to all her transactions. Debra's other duties included negotiating contracts with world renowned companies such as Disney, Carters, Warner Bros. and Nautica to name a few.
