As usual, he arranged an overflowing cheese and charcuterie platter and placed in on his dinning room table but in the hour passed between setting out his canapes to ripen and open perfectly at room temperature and the first guest ringing the doorbell. Fast-forward to party time there were organic fruits; crisp veggies; savory nuts, chocolate white, milk and dark; maple syrup and other flavored honey. In short, he blew his guests' minds. When the first phon call came in, with a request to recreate his now table for a birthday party.
