Lee s Sandwiches is a family-owned and operated restaurant chain in the West. Established in 1983, the chain has more than 30 full-service restaurants throughout California, Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma. It specializes in serving baguettes, croissants, smoothies, juices, roast coffee and desserts. The restaurants feature computer monitors and colored and bilingual menu signs. Lee s Sandwiches also offer a variety of Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai tea drinks that appeal to the American public. Additionally, it serves several types of smoothies for noncaffeine drinkers.
