The only thing that Louie Properties was concerned with was not getting mold in their apartment not my stuff. Blowers tarnished everything!

The ceiling & bedroom wall that was ripped out all over my stuff. They used improper tarp materials that did not protect my stuff!

Doing work on the outside of the building without proper permits is typical. Which is why I didn't want them demoing with my stuff inside!

Louie Properties had been warned by previous plumbers in the past that the pipes were so deteriorated that they could burst! NEGLIGENCE!
