Ughhh. This place has been closed all 3 times I came in to pick up my shoes!!!

All 3 times I've been here to pick up my shoes this place has been closed. Uuugghhhh.

Closed before I go to work, closed during my lunch and closed after I get off work. Annoying.

I had old UGG boats cut down and hemmed to be up to date and had some of my favorite boots repaired. Lou was so helpful, honest and I appreciated the craftsmanship. The pricing is very fair.
