This letter is provided as a reference for Main Street Flooring. Over the course of 10+ years I have used the services of Main Street Flooring for all personal and business needs. Their field representative have always provided punctual quality service and never missed a beat in meeting my needs. I have used them for carpet, tile, linoleum, and laminate flooring in over 15 single family homes as well as commercial applications whenever the need arises. I can honestly say I never fell the need for a second opinion on pricing or materials. Main Street Flooring has always been fair and accurate in their pricing and measurements. They have always backed their installations. We have been doing business with Main Street Flooring for several years and hope to continue our relationship with them for many years to come. They have installed carpet in a significant percentage of our units to date and we are very pleased with them. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is first-rate. They maintain class communication with us and often make themselves available at the last minute, in case of emergencies (such as leaks). Prior to doing business with Main Street Flooring, we unfortunately dealt with quite a few substandard vendors which ended up costing us considerable time and money. We are very pleased to finally have someone we can put our trust in. They are without a doubt the best carpet vendor we have used in our 30 years in business. I have had the pleasure to do business with Main Street Flooring many times over the past seven years. They have carpeted and installed tiles in my office building, several rental units, three spec houses and two of my homes. Alan has been my "go to guy" for all my flooring needs since 2001. In 2006 Alan's company did the new construction installation for tile and carpet in my office building (the old building, which Main Street Flooring had carpeted in the past, burned to the ground in 2004). They did beautiful tile work in the lobbies, but, really exceptional work in the four bathrooms, mixing tile and marble in a very tasteful way. The exterior fascia of the building's entryways are 18ft. tall "floating" granite rectangles that are one of the most dramatic architectural treatments on the building. It was easy for the architect to design, but, a real challenge for Alan to execute. His tile guys did a spectacular job, under very difficult conditions. The new Civic Center Law Building is considered by most local attorneys as one of the most beautiful buildings in the Santa Ana Civic Center area. And on top of it all' Main Street Flooring has continually met or beaten any price quotes that I've had on all my projects. It is my pleasure to recommend them to anyone interested in flooring needs.
