In the beginning Mr. Meline spent 12 years working in and for insurance companies and employers learning how they think and how they work before opening his office to represent injured workers in 1998. During that 12 years Mr. Meline learned how the insurance companies think and how they work to deny benefits. Now Mr. Meline often knows what the insurance company is going to do before they do. For the last 30 years Mr. Meline has handled thousands of cases and has successfully gone up against any employer or insurance company you can think of. Alongside Mr. Meline, attorney Sean C Vargas has also handled thousands of workers' compensation claims representing injured workers since 2008.
