Our family recipe started over 30 years ago in Copenhagen, Denmark but now Oat Bakery is a boutique bakery located in Santa Barbara. Oat Bakery proudly specializes in uniquely handcrafted bread that is equal parts healthy and organic. Our bread is made using premium ingredients and fresh seasonal flavors packed with: spinach, carrots, berries, seeds, nuts, and other healthy goods. Oat Bakery products are rich in protein, oils, nuts and fibers that will keep you satisfied, healthy, and happy. You have never tasted bread like this before!
Specialties
We specialize in Scandinavian style, organic healthy breads. Our breads are filled with whole grains, seeds and seasonal ingredients. We make healthy, vegan cinnamon buns we call, Hygge Buns. Our sourdoughs are unique and made traditionally with no added Commerical yeast. We made gluten-free breads and spreads as well. We also offer the best butter in the world. We have specials every Tuesday and Saturday with farmers market veggies.
