First Christian Church

First Christian Church of Oceanside is a massive church located along South Freeman Street, only one block from the city's main strip. It features two separate entrances and offers services every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and other events--such as Bible study--happen during the evenings throughout the week. The church resides within a historic complex built in 1928 and still has many of its original fixtures still in place. The interior is large, with a grand sanctuary that speaks of the church's history and has plenty of space for the larger congregation. Parking can be found onsite or on the street, though street parking is metered.
