OC Aikido, a Non Profit organization was established in 1964 by Harry K. Ishisaka, the grandfather of our current Chief Instructor, Brandon Ishisaka. Our mission is to educate the public about the principles of meeting aggression with a non violent attitude, and controlling oneself in the face of adversity. True victory is victory over yourself.
Specialties
We specialize in traditional Japanese Budo (the Way of the Samurai) and Family Martial Arts. It is a non violent martial art for kids (ages 6 and above) and adults that teaches balance, stability, sensitivity, relaxation, and perseverance.
