Very disappointed...they ruined several of my nice shirts

These shirts were nearly brand new, this is how i got them back from Plaza Real Cleaners.

Unfortunately, they really have earned all of these terrible reviews. They simply don't care about customer service. If you drop off something on Sat morning, you may not get it back until Tuesday...
