I have had the opportunity to work with Start-Ups, Small Businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. In the relationships I have been fortunate enough to attain, I have been asked to consult for many different businesses. Most of the consulting was done at no charge to the company, it really made no sense to charge a company that was already in a tough spot, with cash flow, poor management, etc. As we worked together to acquire customers, train leadership and develop a specific business plan, results soon followed. And so did Pos10 Consulting. In June of 2013 Pos10 Inc. was founded and we have made a commitment to change the Consulting business. Consulting fees are astronomical and results are not Guaranteed. We believe Consulting Fees should be built on results.
