It was formed by California citizens to represent the public before the California Public Utility Commission and other regulatory entities, and to educate the public about essential consumer protection issues with a focus on energy and utility regulation.
Specialties
We are public advocates dedicated to the premise that the public has the right to know how the government conducts the public's business. At this time our primary focus is on the safe storage of nuclear waste at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
