HistoryMy first Pilates studio was opened in West Caldwell, NJ in 2011. After relocating to the South Bay, I decided to open a new studio here in Hermosa Beach.SpecialtiesWe offer private sessions and group sessions. Private Sessions are advisable for individuals beginning Pilates training. Private Sessions are most effective for those wishing to focus on their own personal goals, challenges, concerns or injuries, as well as for those new to Pilates. Working one on one with an instructor you will receive the full benefit of Pilates with the quickest result. Duet Sessions are similar to private but are shared between two students. Work is done on apparatus as well as mat. Private sessions are recommended before moving on to Duets and prior instructor approval is required. We offer a full range of classes to meet the needs of our students. Whether you are a novice starting with the fundamentals or a more advanced Pilates devotee, we offer something for everyone. Classes are kept small to ensure that each of our students get the instruction and attention that he or she needs and deserves. Please sign up in advance as classes fill up!
