Over 4 months this elevator has been broken!!! We can't even move our stuff out of this overpriced non-working facility. So ridiculous!!!

This is a Jersey mikes bag that has been up there for years, even though I've asked him to remove it several times.

This is my storage unit that was broken into and completely trashed in many items were stolen.
