RidePal was founded by an ex-Google employee who, after leaving the company, found that what she missed most was her daily commute time on their corporate buses. The booming 'Sharing Economy', particularly within the Shared Mobility sector, helped lead to the realization that this high-end commuter benefit could be made widely accessible if multiple companies and independent commuters were able to share the costs. RidePal technology is now integrated into over 30 daily commuter routes throughout the SF Bay Area.
